Event films andaftermovies
We film and photograph your event and deliver a film that can be shown to everyone who was not there, and short clips while the mood is still alive. The Nordic Star Cup aftermovie at 3Arena was ready two days after the final whistle.

- Fast delivery
- Landscape and portrait formats
01Included
What does an event film include?
An event happens only once. What is left is the film and the images, so they have to be right the first time.
- 01
Aftermovie
The film that shows how big it was, cut with music and tempo and with the focus on the feeling. For Nordic Star Cup we filmed everything from the entrance to the celebration on the pitch.
- 02
Short clips for social media
Portrait and landscape versions and short highlights, so that the event lives on in the feed. For ghd the film was cut in two formats, one landscape and one portrait.
- 03
Photo
Images from the same team on the same day. For Edblad two photographers and a filmmaker were on site all evening.
- 04
The details
The guests, hands in hair, the laughter at the tables and the light in the room. An event film lives on the details, as much as on what happens on stage.
- 05
Graphics and film for the arena's screens
If the event is big we also make what is shown on site: player presentations, countdowns and loops for the arena's three kinds of screens, as for Nordic Star Cup.
- 06
Fast delivery
The Nordic Star Cup aftermovie was ready two days after the final whistle, the ghd film a week after the event, and Edblad's dance class was filmed and edited the same day.

How an event film gets made
- 1
Planning
Tell us about the event: programme, locations and what you want from it. We plan cameras and times so that we are in the right place at the right moment.
- 2
On site
Film and photo from the same team. We direct as little as we can, so that nobody feels they are on a shoot.
- 3
Edit
Aftermovie, short clips and images are edited and graded, with music and sound that suit the event.
- 4
Delivery
You get the files in the formats you will show them in, landscape and portrait, as fast as the event demands.

Frequently asked questions
What does an event film cost?
It depends on what is being made. A shooting day starts at SEK 40,000, an animation or a short clip at SEK 10,000 and a campaign with several films and images at SEK 65,000. You always get a fixed price before we begin.
How fast do we get the aftermovie?
It depends on the event and on what you will do with the film. The Nordic Star Cup aftermovie was ready two days after the final whistle, the film from ghd's launch evening a week after the event, and Edblad's dance class was filmed and edited the same day.
What is an aftermovie?
An aftermovie is a short film that shows the mood of an event afterwards, often with music and tempo. It is used to show the event to those who were not there and to make more people interested next time.
Can you both film and photograph?
Yes. Film and photo are done by the same team on the same day. At Edblad's dinner two photographers and a filmmaker were on site all evening.
Which formats do we get?
Landscape for big screens and the web and portrait for social media, and short clips. For ghd the film was cut in two formats, one landscape and one portrait.
Can you handle big events?
Yes. At Nordic Star Cup at 3Arena we filmed the whole day, made the graphics for the arena's screens and the film shown in the arena, and delivered the aftermovie two days after the final whistle.
Do you film outside Stockholm?
Yes, we travel to where the event is. The same summer ghd launched Chronos we went with ghd and Sebastian Professional to Way Out West in Gothenburg and photographed and filmed their presence at the festival.
The people behind it
We are the ones who do the work.
You talk directly to the people who make the film, with no middlemen. We are also the ones who read what you send. Nine people under one roof in Stockholm.
